We have been diversifying our project portfolio and as well as retail and mixed-use developments, we have also focused on the healthcare, leisure and hospitality sectors in the UK and internationally.
Focused on energy and resource efficiency of the building, we work together with architects, developers and occupiers to minimise the gap between design and operations, using BIM to create a single platform for communication. Representing the CDI team, James, Julie and Elizaveta will be attending MIPIM this March and will be happy to meet with old and new friends to share our experience and exchange thoughts on the future of construction, operation and maintenance of commercial real estate.
