Expertise /

We provide full MEP services design, energy sustainability consultancy throughout the UK, Europe and Central Asia.
Our engineers can undertake performance design and detailed design duties under the RIBA stages of work direct to clients or as part of a multi-disciplinary design team for the project in the UK.
Our extensive international experience, allows us to provide design duties in accordance with the local design stages in most of the European countries, including Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

MEP systems design

Our consultancy has a team of qualified and experienced engineers who can provide mechanical, electrical and public health services design in buildings as a lead consultant or part of a team. We deliver performance, enhanced performance and detailed design duties for commercial, residential and public sector projects.

Planning reports

All new developments in the UK require compliance with energy strategies set up by the local councils. Documents like The London Plan set up the criteria for the projects in order to maximise energy efficiency design and seek further CO2 savings through the use of decentralised energy including combined heat and power and renewable energy technologies where feasible.

Thermal modelling

Through thermal modelling we can understand better how design decisions influence energy consumption, thermal comfort and other building performance metrics and its environmental impact.

BIM

Building information modelling (BIM) led to the transformation in design processes, improved efficiencies and integration of all services through enhanced collaboration between design team members. By keeping one model, the transfer of information between design team becomes more efficient. In addition, visualisation of building becomes important when presenting project to a client.

Part L and feasibility

Our energy experts provide a wide range of energy saving and renewable energy comprehensive and practical reports. A low carbon feasibility study is a more in-depth assessment of the current and projected energy use and associated carbon emissions.

BREEAM

We provide the whole range of project evaluation services, including pre-assessment reports at the beginning of the design process up to full assessment and post-construction evaluation. Assessment of the project helps to reduce the environmental impacts of developments, provide a credible, environmental label for buildings to aid comparison & benchmarking and stimulate demand for environmentally sustainable buildings.

Energy assessments

The main objectives of the Energy Efficiency Assessments are to analyse and assess the existing building or project energy consumption parameters and propose the best solutions, reliable and cost effective.
