Design for Pure Offices in Edinburgh Park

Pure Offices have taken on a long-term lease of the building from Northwood Investors International Ltd with the view of converting the existing open plan spaces into smaller individual offices.

The building was first constructed in the late 1990s and since then been the head offices of DIAGEO drinks conglomerate. The building is located in the prime location of the South Gyle industrial estate office quarter on the outskirts of Edinburgh, .

The open plan floor plates and kitchen bar areas are being removed and refurbished in to cellular lettable office space with centralised amenities, meeting and breakout areas.

This is a three-storey building made up of around 4000sqm of lettable space and would also benefit from the refurbishment of the carpark and surrounded garden area.
