The new Cabot Saint Lucia development, a high-end luxury golf resort is currently rising from a undulating, 375-acre peninsula on the northern tip of Saint Lucia.
When fully completed in 2025, the resort will feature a world-class 18-hole course, a residential community of 320 homes, a boutique 40-suite hotel, spectacular clubhouse, beach bar, three restaurants and a state-of-the-art spa.

CDI works consist of infrastructure and services design for several new buildings that will form an integral part of new major development. Phase 1 included the provision of a Gatehouse and two Comfort Stations along the golf course. The residential part of the development comprised of Ocean View Villas, Townhouses and Apartment blocks. CDI provided a detailed tender specification and design coordination using Revit.
Last month, we have delivered the design of high-end building services and infrastructure for a temporary clubhouse with a stunning view of the course.

The new buildings and associated amenities shall be complete with high quality finishes throughout and therefore the all building services design and installations must be of high quality and durability.
We are thrilled to be working across all time zones with award-winning international architects and master planners Studio RHE in London, JCB in Melbourne and Murakami Design in Toronto.
CDI is executing a design that had been tested and proven compliant with the highest international standards taking into consideration the environmental and archaeological sensitivity of Cas En Bas coastal area.
The golf course will be designed by Coore and Crenshaw.
