CD International has been based in Bermondsey since 2010, but our love affair with the area began in 1995 when our predecessor company was established and occupied two floors of the iconic Leathermarket building.
As part of the local community, CDI has been proud to work with local businesses. This has included the refurbishment of the Stage offices, Hide and Wine centre, the Tannery located along Bermondsey Street. Currently, we have three projects in Old Kent Road Opportunity Area where we provided a sustainable energy strategy for mixed-use developments on Ilderton and Glengall Roads.
Our motto: “Creating Sustainable Built Environment” is more than 20 years old and we approach all projects with the aspiration to contribute to the mitigation of climate change and encourage our clients to adopt this approach.
Together we make up a strong and colourful fabric of this London Borough.
