Well known as a hub for creative industries, home of Frieze publisher, The Store X, The Vinyl Factory and a London Fashion Week venue, this iconic building in the centre of London has been under renovation for the last three years, while staying fully operational.
This month CDI and a team of contractors have been working hard to finish fit-out of the upper floors on 180 Strand. The works have been completed just in time for hosting Brit Award After Party.
Works continue to be done on other levels of the main building, as well as on the Arundel and Surrey street wings. Our engineers in the site every week, coordinating installations and checking on the equipment already installed and operational. Visiting plan rooms on the roof, one could enjoy the magnificent London skyline.
We use Revit model to design mechanical, electrical and public health services and coordinate all installations on the landlord and tenant side, working together with the contractors.
These floors will be open to members at the end of March. Watch this space!
