Completed Mega Silk Way received a huge positive response from the citizens of Astana, since its opening in March 2017 and now it welcomes international visitors, arriving for Expo 2017. This project in which CD International took part at the design stage, is a new leisure & retail scheme in Kazakhstan built within the framework of EXPO 2017 masterplan. The core theme of the Expo is ‘Future Energy’ and aims to highlight issues around reducing CO2 emissions, living energy-efficiency and Energy for all Exhibition is focused on energy for the future and there are several counties, including the UK, presenting their revolutionary technologies in renewable and alternative energy, energy efficiency and conventional energy, energy storage, energy distribution and usage of natural energy resources.
