At the beginning of 2022, we have completed our seventh project for Third Space, the chain of extraordinary health clubs - Third Space Mayfair.
Conveniently located within 3 min walk from Green Park station and Berkley square. The club occupies the lower ground floor of one of the most desired commercial spaces in London, 1 Curzon street.
CD International has provided energy statement for planning application, followed by concept and detailed design for building services and contractor's coordination on site.
The 1000sqm of gym floors are served with an increased volume of UV-treated fresh air for comfort and safety.
To reduce energy consumption, we have installed heat recovery from ventilation, temperature control for each exercise space, high-efficiency boilers and air source heat pumps are used for heating and hot water.
Space is a premium, so we coordinated and optimised the plant space location and distribution routes.
We have years of experience in MEP services design and construction coordination for sports and leisure facilities. CD International continues to deliver great projects on time and budget.
Our new year's resolution would be to build more spaces like this, as the demand for health and fitness facilities has skyrocketed after two years of Zoom yoga classes, Instagram HIIT sessions and Zwift virtual races.
